Stefanie Baeten

Stefanie Baeten is an attorney with extensive experience in corporate law, commercial law, and insolvency law. She combines strong legal expertise with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach and a deep understanding of her clients' commercial and strategic interests.

Throughout her career, Stefanie has worked both in private practice and in-house at various companies, including as legal interim counsel for international industrial groups. This experience has taught her to approach legal challenges from a business perspective, maintaining a pragmatic and business-minded mindset.

Stefanie assists clients with M&A transactions, corporate governance, restructurings, and commercial contracts, supporting businesses in both advisory and contentious matters. She has experience across diverse sectors, including automotive, IT, life sciences, manufacturing, construction, real estate and the food sector. Furthermore, she possesses in-depth expertise in insolvency and restructuring procedures, with a particular focus on judicial reorganization procedures.

In addition to her legal practice, Stefanie is a member of the Guberna Directors Council, where she contributes to promoting good governance and best practices at the board level.
